Has been in continuous operation in the metro Washington area since 1960.  In 1961, an office, warehouse, and fabrication facility was opened in Manassas, Virginia.  On May 27, 1963, ADCO incorporated under the laws of the State of Virginia as a Class A Contractor.

ADCO’s principle function is the sale, installation, and service of heating, air conditioning, and ventilating systems (HVAC) for residential and commercial buildings.  Our market area includes Northern Virginia, Loudoun, Fauquier, and Culpeper County.

ADCO is owned and operated by Horace E. Fairall, President and is managed by Mr. Fairall and three Vice Presidents.  We average approximately forty employees.  The ADCO management team combines over one hundred fifty years experience performing HVAC contracting.  Most of our managers/supervisors have been employed at ADCO ten or more years.

Offices, warehouses, and a sheet metal fabrication shop are located on a two acre industrial property in the Manassas Airport Industrial Park.  This facility is wholly owned by the corporation. 

ADCO is a recognized leader in the HVAC industry. Our mission is to install quality products with quality well trained professionals.  Our Service Department is the best in Northern Virginia as a result of our commitment to continuous personnel training.  Our staff is dedicated to providing friendly, professional service to our customers.
