Adco is comprised of over thirty HVAC professionals. Our people average over 15 years experience with ADCO and over 20 years in the HVAC industry. We have employees with 30 and 40 years tenure at ADCO! At ADCO, we do not “sub-out” work. Everything from service technicians to sheet metal mechanics is handled by an ADCO employee. That way we can take full responsibility for the quality of work we perform.
Skip helped found ADCO in 1960. For 47 years Skip was “Mr. ADCO.” Still engaged in the firm, Skip set the principle on which ADCO still operates- Always do right by the customer.
ADCO is owned by Mark Wolfe. Mark has an extensive background of over 20 years experience in corporate leadership positions. Active in the community, Mark serves as a City Council member for the City of Manassas. Mr. Wolfe is also the Chairperson for the Prince William County Arts Council and volunteers his time as the Executive Director of Manassas Ballet Theatre.
Working with Mr. Wolfe are:
Tom Burke: An ADCO Vice President, Tom is a true HVAC professional. With over 40 years experience, Tom is versed in all aspects of the trade.
Donna Jonas: A 20 year ADCO veteran, Donna is our Customer Service Manager. She and her department are responsible for the scheduling and implementation of a service and maintenance calls.
Kay Ward: Kay and her department are responsible to all billing and payables issues as well as HR administration. Kay has been with ADCO for 15 years.
Billy Pierce: With over 20 years experience in the HVAC industry, Billy is our Service Foreman and one of our Senior Lead Technicians.
George Rennolds: With over 15 years of HVAC experience, George handles our Residential replacement/remodeling estimate and sales.
Mike Basso: Holding his Masters license in HVAC, Mike is our Field Superintendent for new construction, replacement and remodeling jobs.
Stan Evans: With over 10 years in the trade, Stan leads our Commercial estimating and sales efforts.
Vanessa Breeding: Vanessa oversees our Maintenance Division including contracts and scheduling. She is also point person for our marketing/promotional efforts.
